本研究以52份紫芽茶树种质资源为试验材料,对其38个生化成分指标进行表型性状分析、遗传多样性指数分析、主成分分析和聚类分析。结果表明,紫芽茶树种质资源生化成分指标变异系数为6.95%~117.78%,其中异亮氨酸含量变异系数最大,酯型儿茶素含量变异系数最小;遗传多样性指数为1.28~2.07,没食子酸含量遗传多样性指数最大,天冬酰胺遗传多样性指数最小。主成分分析结果表明,前5个主成分累计贡献率达60.910%,苏氨酸含量、儿茶素类化合物含量、表儿茶素没食子酸酯(ECG)含量、谷氨酸含量和γ-氨基丁酸含量是区分紫芽茶树种质资源的关键指标。筛选得到高花青素含量(≥10 mg/g)种质资源8份,高水浸出物含量(≥45%)种质资源28份,高儿茶素类化合物含量(≥16%)种质资源14份,高表没食子儿茶素没食子酸酯(EGCG)含量(≥10%)种质资源7份,高氨基酸含量(≥5%)种质资源24份和高茶氨酸含量(≥3%)种质资源3份。根据酚氨比,PY-27兼具红茶和绿茶适制性,其他51份种质资源适合制作绿茶。本研究结果为茶树品种选育和功能性产品开发提供了材料基础。
Abstract:
In this study, 52 purple bud tea germplasm resources were used as experimental materials, and phenotypic trait analysis, genetic diversity index analysis, principal component analysis, and cluster analysis were conducted on the indices of 38 biochemical components. The results showed that the coefficient of variation (CV) for the biochemical component indices in purple bud tea germplasm resources ranged from 6.95% to 117.78%, among which isoleucine content had the largest CV, while ester-type catechin content had the smallest CV. The genetic diversity index for the biochemical component indices in purple bud tea germplasm resources varied from 1.28 to 2.07, with gallic acid content showing the highest genetic diversity index and asparagine showing the lowest genetic diversity index. Principal component analysis revealed that the cumulative contribution rate of the first five principal components reached 60.910%. The contents of threonine, catechin compounds, epicatechin gallate (ECG), glutamic acid, and γ-aminobutyric acid were identified as key indicators for distinguishing purple bud tea germplasm resources. A total of eight germplasm resources with high anthocyanin content (≥10 mg/g), 28 with high water extract content (≥45%), 14 with high catechin content (≥16%), seven with high epigallo catechin gallate (EGCG) content (≥10%), 24 with high amino acids content (≥5%), and three with high theanine content (≥3%) were screened out. Based on the phenol-amino acid ratio, PY-27 is suitable for both black tea and green tea processing, while the other 51 germplasm resources are suitable for green tea production. This study results provide a material basis for tea tree variety breeding and the development of functional products.
