摘要:
为明确不同甘薯品种与病菌互作中抗氧化酶活性变化与甘薯抗性的关系,选用抗病甘薯品种郑红22、胜利百号和感病品种烟薯25、龙薯9号、徐薯33,利用愈创木酚方法,研究了甘薯与镰刀菌互作过程中抗氧化酶(超氧化物歧化酶、过氧化物酶和过氧化氢酶)活性及丙二醛(MDA)含量变化。结果表明,所有甘薯品种在病原菌侵染后3种抗氧化酶活性均分别高于对照,但不同甘薯品种的不同酶上升到高峰的时间和幅度不同。大部分酶活性增加率呈先上升后下降的趋势,接种后24 h达到最高。郑红22的超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)及胜利百号的CAT活性在接种后6 h达到最高,并且比其他品种增加率都高,随时间延长酶活性增加率逐渐下降。所有甘薯品种在病原菌侵染后MDA含量均分别高于对照,但增加率不同,徐薯33和烟薯25 接种后6 h增加率最高,而后逐渐下降,郑红22和胜利百号增加率最低。说明抗氧化酶活性增加率高低与甘薯品种的抗性呈正相关。
Abstract:
In order to define the relationship between the changes of antioxidant enzyme activities and resistance during the interaction of sweet potato and pathogen, canker resistant varieties Zhenghong 22, Shengli 100 and susceptible varietiesYanshu 25, Longshu 9 and Xushu 33 infected with Fusarium were studied for the activities of superoxide dismutase, peroxidase, catalase, and the content of malondialdehyde(MDA). Three antioxidase activities in all infected varieties of sweet potato were higher than those in non-infected ones, however, peak values and the time taken to the peak value varied. The activities of SOD and POD in sweet potato varieties except for Zhenghong 22 peaked at 24 h post-infection and decreased afterwards. The activities of SOD and CAT in Zhenghong 22 and CAT activity in Shengli 100 reached their peak values at 6 h post-infection, and the increment were higher. The MDA contents in all infected varieties were higher than those in non-infected ones, however, the increment varied, with the biggest in Xushu 33 and Yanshu 25 at 6 h post-infection, and the smallest in Zhenghong 22 and Shengli 100. The results suggest that there might be a positive relation between the increment of antioxidative enzyme activity and canker-resistant sweet potato variety.
