摘要:
明确蚕豆主要农艺性状对产量的影响,对加快蚕豆育种进程具有重要意义。本研究通过对蚕豆不同品种(系)的生育日数(x1)、株高(x2)、有效分枝数(x3)、结荚节数(x4)、单株荚数(x5)、单株粒数(x6)、每荚粒数(x7)、百粒质量(x8)、荚长(x9)、荚宽(x10)和单株产量(Y)进行相关分析,得出单株产量与单株荚数、单株粒数、株高、结荚节数呈显著正相关关系。通径分析结果表明,蚕豆主要农艺性状对产量的直接作用大小为:百粒质量>每荚粒数>单株荚数>单株粒数>结荚节数>株高>荚长>荚宽>生育日数,其中生育日数与荚宽两个性状直接效应为负效应。所以蚕豆高产品种选育应从百粒质量、每荚粒数、单株荚数、单株粒数入手,兼顾结荚节数、株高、生育日数等性状综合考虑选择。
Abstract:
Better understanding of the correlation between agronomic traits and yield of broad bean is helpful for broad bean breeding. Ten agronomic traits, i.e. growth period (x1),plant height (x2),number of effective branches (x3), podding number (x4), pods per plant (x5),grain number per plant (x6),grain number per pod (x7),the hundredgrain weight (x8),pod length (x9), and pod width (x10) in broad bean were studied by path analysis and correlation analysis. Among the ten traits, number of pods per plant (x5), plant height (x2), podding number (x4), and grain number per plant (x6) showed significantly positive correlations with yield per plant. The direct effect of the ten agronomic traits on yield per plant followed the order of hundredgrain weight (x8)> grain number per pod (x7)>pods per plant (x5)>grain number per plant (x6)>podding number (x4)>plant height (x2)>pod length (x9)>pod width (x10)>growth period (x1). Growth period (x1)and pod width (x10) exhibited negative effect on yield per plant. In broad bean breeding,the hundred grain weight, pods per plant (x5),grain number per plant (x6) and seed number per pod should be selected primarily, and growth period (x1), plant height (x2), and podding number (x4) could be taken into consideration.
