耕地作为土地资源的精华,其质量变化与农业可持续发展息息相关。目前耕地质量监测技术存在监测范围小、投入大、效率较低等问题,难以实现耕地质量快速监测。本研究以中国自主高分遥感卫星数据及其他耕地相关数据为基础,依据“状态压力响应(PSR)”框架,从生产压力指标(PPI),耕地状态指标(LSI),社会行为指标(SAI)三方面构建指标体系,利用遥感反演得到耕地质量评价指标,快速获取耕地质量分布信息。以广州市从化区为例,对监测的耕地质量评价结果与实际耕地质量评价结果进行比较,结果表明:利用本研究建立的监测模型获取的从化区耕地质量为11~16等的面积分别为9889 hm2、81306 hm2、4 994.10 hm2、9 927.60 hm2、5 630.21 hm2和1 811.69 hm2,总体精度达到7784%,Kappa系数为0.720 9,模拟结果可靠。这为耕地质量评价提供了新的思路。
Abstract:
As the essence of land resources, cultivated land is closely related to the sustainable development of agriculture. There are some problems in monitoring the quality of arable land, such as small monitoring scope, large investment, and low efficiency, which make it difficult to monitor rapidly. Using GF1 data and other cultivated land related data, this study built an indicator system according to the "pressurestateresponse (PSR)" framework including the production pressure index (PPI), cultivated land status index (LSI) and social behavior index (SAI). The evaluation index of cultivated land quality was obtained by remote sensing inversion, and the information on the quality distribution of cultivated land was obtained quickly. Taking Conghua District of Guangzhou as an example, the evaluation results of estimated cultivated land quality were compared with those of actual cultivated land quality. The result showed that the quality of cultivated land in the Conghua area obtained by the monitoring model had six degrees, from 11 to 16, and the areas were 9889 hm2, 81306 hm2, 4 994.10 hm2, 9 927.60 hm2, 5 630.21 hm2 and 1 811.69 hm2, respectively. The overall accuracy was 7784%, and the Kappa coefficient was 0.720 9, which showed that the simulation results were reliable. In conclusion, these results provide new ideas for the evaluation of cultivated land quality.
