摘要:
选取体质量和遗传基础相近的25日龄杜长大(DLY)断奶仔猪36头,随机分成对照组和2个试验组,每组3个重复,每个重复4头仔猪(公母比为1∶1)。分别饲喂添加0 mg/kg牛膝多糖(ABPS)(对照组)、600 mg/kg ABPS(试验组1)和1 200 mg/kg ABPS(试验组2)的日粮。血样生化指标测定结果表明:添加牛膝多糖对仔猪血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性无影响(P>005),试验组2的谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活性和总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)显著高于对照与试验组1(P<005);试验组1的丙二醛(MDA)含量显著低于对照组(P<005),而血清免疫球蛋白IgA浓度显著高于对照(P<005),血清免疫球蛋白IgG浓度显著高于对照和试验组2(P<005);试验组2的血清免疫球蛋白IgM浓度和血清球蛋白浓度显著高于对照和试验组1(P<005),而白蛋白/球蛋白比例显著低于对照和试验组1(P<005);试验组1、2的血清总蛋白浓度显著高于对照组(P<005),但血清溶菌酶活性显著低于对照(P<005)。综上,牛膝多糖能够显著改善断奶仔猪氧化应激反应及免疫力,改善仔猪健康状态。
Abstract:
A total of thirty-six 25-day-old DLY weaned piglets with similar genetic background and weight were divided into three groups with three replicates per group and 4 pigs per replicate in a randomized complete block. The control was fed on basal diet, and the other two groups were fed on basal diet supplemented with 600 mg/kg Achyranthes bidentata polysaccharide (ABPS) (group 1) and 1 200 mg/kg ABPS (group 2), respectively. The results showed that ABPS did not affect the activities of superoxyde dismutase (SOD) and catalase (CAT) in serum (P>0.05). Seral glutathion peroxidase (GSH-Px) activities and total antioxidant capacity (T-AOC) of the piglets in group 2 were significantly higher than those in control and group 1 (P<005). The concentrations of malondialdehyde (MDA) in the piglets of group 1 was significantly decreased compared to control (P<005), however, the immunoglobulin A (IgA) concentration was increased(P<005), and serum IgG in group 1 was higher than those in control and group 2 (P<005). Sera IgM globulin concentrations in group 2 was higher than those in control and group 1 (P<005), however, the ratio of albumin to globulin was lower. Total protein in groups 1 and 2 were boosted compared to those in control, but serum lysozyme activity was lowered (P<005). In conclusion, A. bidentata polysaccharide can significantly improve the oxidative stress and immunity, thereby enhancing the state of health in weaned piglets.
