摘要:
江苏省作为中国苹果生产的南缘核心产区,历经数十年发展,在品种优化、栽培技术升级、全产业链科技研发等方面取得了突破性进展。为探究实现该省苹果产业绿色可持续发展的优化路径,推动产业提高质量、增加效益,本研究采用实地调研与文献分析相结合的方法,系统梳理了江苏省苹果产业的发展现状,深入剖析产业发展中存在的关键瓶颈。结果发现,江苏省苹果产业存在品种结构失衡、轻简化栽培体系不完善、病害综合防治体系不健全等突出问题。对此,提出应通过优化品种结构、强化关键技术研发、构建高效栽培技术体系、加大政策扶持力度以及加强品牌建设等系统性解决方案,以期为江苏省苹果产业高质量发展提供决策参考。
Abstract:
As a key apple-producing area located at the southern edge of China’s apple cultivation zone, Jiangsu province has made breakthroughs in variety optimization, improvement of cultivation techniques, and full industrial chain technological research and development after decades of continuous development. To explore the optimal pathways for achieving green and sustainable development of the apple industry in Jiangsu province, and to promote quality improvement and efficiency enhancement, this study employed a combination of field research and literature analysis to systematically review the current state of apple industry in Jiangsu province and conduct an in-depth analysis of the key bottlenecks hindering its development. The results showed that there were some prominent problems in the apple industry of Jiangsu province, such as unbalanced proportion of varieties, a flawed simplified cultivation system, and an inadequate integrated disease prevention. In response, this paper proposes systematic solutions involving optimizing the variety structure, strengthening key technology research and development, establishing an efficient cultivation technology system, increasing policy support, and enhancing brand development, with the aim of providing references for the high-quality development of the apple industry.
