摘要:
为了探讨硫元素缺乏对不同甘薯品种生长及矿质元素吸收的影响,采用砂培的方法,以苏薯16和苏薯11为材料,在硫缺乏条件下,对其外观症状、叶绿素含量、光合作用、地上与地下部分生物量及其根部和叶部矿质元素含量进行了研究。结果表明:硫缺乏时苏薯16和苏薯11的叶绿素含量、净光合速率均显著下降,苏薯11的下降幅度比苏薯16的大,而地上和地下部生物量均显著上升,苏薯16的上升幅度大于苏薯11;缺硫条件下,苏薯16表现出来的显著症状为新叶失绿、变小,苏薯11表现为新叶失绿、新叶比较宽大,部分老叶也失绿;苏薯16的根部有膨大,苏薯11无;苏薯16的地上部和根部钾含量升高,苏11的地上部和根部钾含量下降,苏薯16和苏薯11地上部和根部钠含量均随钾含量的升高而升高,降低而降低,以保持合适的K/Na比值。
Abstract:
To explore the influence of sulfur deficiency on growth and mineral elements absorption of different sweet potato varieties, sand culture was adopted to study the symptoms, chlorophyll content, photosynthesis, the above-ground and underground biomass, root and leaf mineral element content of Sushu16 and Sushu11 under the condition of sulfur deficiency. The results showed that chlorophyll contents and net photosynthetic rates of Sushu16 and Sushu11 decreased significantly under sulfur deficiency (P<0.05), and the decrease was more in Sushu11. However, the above-ground and underground biomass increased, and the increase was more in Sushu16. Under the condition of sulfur deficiency, Sushu 16 appeared typical symptoms of smaller new leaf and new leaf chlorosis, and Sushu 11 exhibited new leaf chlorosis and wider new leaf. Swelling roots were seen only in sulfur-deficient Sushu16. The potassium content increased in the shoots and roots of Sushu16 but declined in the shoots and roots of Sushu11 under the condition of sulfur deficiency, and the sodium contents in Sushu16 and Sushu11 shoots and roots increased as well so as to keep an appropriate ratio of K/Na.〖JP〗
