摘要:
本试验旨在探讨大蒜素对热应激湘黄鸡生产性能和营养物质代谢的影响。将30日龄湘黄鸡100只随机分为5组:对照组,饲喂基础日粮,室温(22±1) ℃,相对湿度 40%~50%;热应激组,饲喂基础日粮,室温 (31±2) ℃,相对湿度80%~90% ;A1、A2、A3组分别在基础日粮中按比例加入100 mg/kg、200 mg/kg、400 mg/kg的大蒜素,室温 (31±2) ℃,相对湿度80%~90%。结果发现,A1组、A2组、A3组日增质量、平均日采食量显著高于热应激组(P<005),死亡率显著低于热应激组(P<005),其中A2组降低死亡率效果最好。A2、A3组料质量比显著低于热应激组(P<005)。A2组血清总蛋白(TP)、球蛋白(GLB)显著高于热应激组(P<005),血液葡萄糖(GLU)、尿素氮(BUN)含量显著低于热应激组(P<005)。A1组、A2组、A3组胆固醇(TCH)、甘油三酯(TG)含量与热应激组之间差异不显著(P>005)。结果提示,在日粮中添加大蒜素可以调节热应激湘黄鸡的糖和蛋白质代谢,提高湘黄鸡的生产性能,其中以添加200 mg/kg大蒜素效果最好。
Abstract:
One hundred 30-d old Xiang yellow chicken were randomly divided into 5 groups: Control group was fed with basal diet, bred in assigned feeding room [(22±1) ℃,humidity 40%-50%]; Heat-stressed group, was fed with basal diet in the room with temperature at (31±2) ℃ and humidity 80%-90%. A1 group, A2 group and A3 group were fed with basal diet +100 mg/kg allicin, +200 mg/kg allicin, and +400 mg/kg allicin, respectively, in assigned feeding room [(31±2) ℃,humidity 80%-90%]. After 15-d feeding, the daily body weight gain and average daily feed intake(ADFI) of chickens were higher in groups A1, A2 and A3 than those in heat-stressed group(P<0.05). The death rates of chickens were lower in groups A1, A2 and A3, among which, A2 showed the lowest. A2 group and A3 group presented higher feed conversion rate than heat-stressed group(P<0.05). Compared to those in heat-stressed chickens, serum total protein and globulin were boosted, but the contents of glucose and bood urea nitrogen dropped. No significant difference was found in cholesterol and triglyceride contents between heat-stressed chickens and chickens in groups A1, A2 and A3. Results suggest that 200 mg/kg allicin addition in the diet is more helpful in adjusting the sugar and protein metabolism of Xiang yellow chicken and improving its production performance.
