摘要:
为探讨绵羊MHC-DQB1第2外显子基因多态性与乳房炎的抗性, 采用PCR-SSCP方法对200只甘肃高山细毛羊和212只小尾寒羊MHC-DQB1第2外显子基因多态性进行了分析。结果表明,甘肃高山细毛羊和小尾寒羊的MHC-DQB1基因第2外显子均存在丰富多态性,2个绵羊品种共检测出14个等位基因,卡方适合性检验结果显示2个绵羊品种的SSCP带型均未达到哈德温伯格平衡。甘肃高山细毛羊中等位基因B(P<0.01,RR=0.158)与乳房炎抗性有较强相关性,等位基因F(P<0.01,RR=3.513)和L(P<0.01,RR=10.197)与乳房炎易感性具有较强相关性;小尾寒羊等位基因A(0.01<P<0.05,RR=0.878)与乳房炎抗性有相关性,等位基因E(P<0.01,RR=3.333)和M(P<0.01,RR=8.000)与乳房炎易感性具有较强相关性。表明2个绵羊品种的DQB1第2外显子存在丰富的多态性,甘肃高山细毛羊的等位基因B、F、L和小尾寒羊的等位基因A、E、M与乳房炎抗性和易感性相关。
Abstract:
To investigate the correlation between polymorphism of ovine major histocompatibility complexⅡDQB1 (MHC-DQB1)and mastitis, the DQB1 gene exon 2 in 200 Gansu alpine fine-wool sheep and 212 small tail Han sheep were amplified by PCR and characterized by single-strand conformation polymorphism(SSCP) technique. Abundant polymorphism was detected in the exon 2 of MHC-DQB1. Fourteen alleles were found in the DQB1 gene exon 2. Results of 
