摘要:
农业产业化龙头企业转型升级是现代农业发展中一项紧迫而重要的任务。与一般企业不同,农业产业化龙头企业转型升级受农业弱质性产业特征的影响,表现出一定的特殊性。目前,中国农业产业化龙头企业已逐渐向创新驱动、消费导向、绿色发展、现代公司化、融合发展转型,但仍存在企业规模小,实力弱,经营管理方式落后,资金、技术、人才稀缺,政策扶持和服务不到位等问题,需要政府从强化服务、人才培养、金融支持、专项资金、企农利益联结机制等方面进行完善和支持。
Abstract:
The transformation and upgrading of leading enterprises in agricultural industrialization is an urgent and important task in the development of modern agriculture. Different from general enterprises, leading enterprises transformation and upgrading, affected by the weakness of agriculture industry, showed some special characteristics. At present, China′s leading enterprises have gradually transformed to innovation-driven, consumption-oriented, green, corporative, and integrated ones. But there are still some problems, such as small scale, the backward management, and the shortage of capital, technology, talent, policy support and service, etc.. This requires the government to support in the services, personnel training, financial support, special funds, and the mechanism binding the interests of farmers and leading enterprises.
