摘要:
通过问卷调查,运用数据包络分析法(DEA)对北京市郊区9家四星、五星级休闲农业园区进行了分析。结果表明,北京市休闲农业园区整体效率较高,从综合技术效率看,有7家达到DEA有效,其中1家是弱DEA有效。从纯技术效率看,7家纯技术效率有效,2家纯技术效率无效。从规模上看,7家DEA有效的单位处于规模收益不变的阶段,EDA无效的2家单位处于规模收益递减的阶段。在投入上,DEA无效的2家单位的所有投入都存在一定的冗余,另1家弱DEA有效的单位停车场、道路面积超量。导致2家单位DEA无效的原因是年接待量,停车场、道路面积和日可接待数量过大。
Abstract:
Based on questionnaire survey and data envelopment analysis, nine four-star or five-star Beijing leisure agriculture parks were analyzed. The overall efficiency of Beijing leisure agriculture was relatively higher. From perspective of comprehensive technical efficiency, there were seven DEA efficient parks, and one of them was weak DEA efficient. From perspective of pure technical efficiency, there were seven pure technical efficient parks, and two were inefficient. From perspective of scale, seven DEA efficient parks were on the stage of constant returns to scale, the other two were on the stage of decreasing returns to scale. From perspective of input, the overall input of those two DEA inefficient parks had a certain redundancy, and one weak DEA efficient park had overloaded parking and road area. These results showed that excessive annual reception amounts, parking and road areas and daily reception capacities were the important reasons leaded to DEA inefficiency of two parkd.
