摘要:
为研究线粒体蛋白质翻译延伸因子Tu(TUFM)在不同毒力新城疫病毒(NDV)感染的鸡胚成纤维细胞(CEF)中表达水平的变化,运用比较蛋白质组技术分析感染了NDV的CEF差异表达的蛋白点。与24 h的阴性对照组相比,感染NDV后24 h时TUFM表达量在毒力最弱的WX-10-07-Pi感染组中显著升高; 毒力最强的JS-5-05-Go引起宿主表达TUFM量随感染时间增加逐渐增强。推测TUFM的表达水平与NDV毒力强弱具有一定相关性。
Abstract:
To study the dynamic expression of mitochondrial Tu translation elongation factor(TUFM)in chicken embryo fibroblasts(CEFs),comparative proteomics technique was used to analyze proteomes of CEFs infected with three different virulent Newcastle disease viruses(NDVs)derived from chicken, goose and pigeon. Mass spectrometry results showed the expression level of TUFM was upregulated in the low virulent strain WX-10-07-Pi-infected group compared with negative control group at 24 h post infection. The expression level of TUFM increased over time in the CEFs infected with high virulent strain JS-5-05-Go. These results suggest that the expression level of TUFM has a great deal of correlation with the virulence of NDVs.
