摘要:
本研究拟通过明确当归补血汤(Danggui buxue tang,DBT)发酵产物对肉鸡生长性能、免疫功能、抗氧化能力以及十二指肠绒毛形态的影响,为新型中药发酵饲料添加剂的研发提供理论依据。试验选用1日龄健康白羽肉鸡210只,随机分成5组:饲喂基础日粮的对照组、在日粮中添加1.0% DBT药粉的未发酵组以及在日粮中分别添加0.5%、1.0%和2.0% DBT发酵物的发酵组。结果显示,与对照组和DBT未发酵组相比,1.0%和2.0% DBT发酵组在生产性能方面,可显著降低肉鸡日采食量(P<0.05)和料肉比(P<0.05),提高肉鸡平均日增质量(P<0.05);在免疫性能方面,试验21d时,法氏囊指数、新城疫抗体效价以及白细胞介素2 (IL-2)、白细胞介素6 (IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)和干扰素(INF-γ)含量均显著升高(P<0.05);在抗氧化性能方面,血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)以及总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)显著升高 (P<0.05),血清中丙二醛(MDA)含量显著降低(P<0.05)。在十二指肠绒毛形态方面,试验42 d时,1.0% DBT发酵组的绒毛高度/隐窝深度比值同样显著高于对照组和DBT未发酵组(P<0.05)。研究结果表明,日粮中添加1.0%的DBT发酵产物能够对白羽肉鸡的生长、免疫、抗氧化性能及十二指肠绒毛形态有显著的改善作用,且饲喂效果明显优于DBT未发酵组和空白对照组,DBT发酵产物可作为一种新型饲料添加剂应用于畜禽养殖业。
Abstract:
This study intends to provide theoretical basis for the research and development of new Chinese medicine fermented feed additives by clarifying the effects of fermentation products of Danggui Buxue Tang (DBT) on the growth performance, immune function, antioxidant capacity and duodenal villi morphology of broilers. In this study, a total of 210 healthy white feather broilers with similar initial body weight(one day old) were randomly divided into five groups. The control group was fed with the basic diet, the unfermented group was fed with basic diet and 1.0% DBT powder, and the fermentation group was fed with basic diet and 0.5%, 1.0% and 2.0% DBT fermentation products, respectively. The results showed that compared with the control and unfermented groups, 1.0% DBT and 2.0% DBT fermentation groups significantly reduced the daily feed intake (P<0.05) and feed to gain ratio(F/G) (P<0.05), and increased the average daily gain (P<0.05) in growth performance. Moreover, the index of bursa of Fabricius, ND-HI immune globulin and contents of interleukin 2 (IL-2), interleukin 6 (IL-6), tumor necrosis factor α(TNF-α) and interferon-γ(INF-γ) were significantly increased in immune function (P<0.05). In addition, the contents of superoxide dismutase(SOD) and glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px)and total antioxidant capacity (T-AOC) in antioxidant capacity were significantly improved (P<0.05), but the content of malondialdehyde (MDA) in serum was significantly reduced (P<0.05). In terms of duodenal villi morphology, the ratio of villus height to crypt depth of 42-day-old broilers in 1.0% DBT fermentation group was also significantly higher than that in control group and unfermented group (P<0.05). The results showed that the addition of 1.0% fermentation products of DBT could significantly promote the growth, immune and antioxidant capacity of white feather broilers, and had a significant effect on the duodenal villus morphology. The feeding effect of 1.0% DBT fermentation group is obviously better than that of unfermented group and control group, and fermentation products of DBT can be used in livestock and poultry breeding as a new type of feed additive.
