摘要:
为探究杜仲叶超微粉对湘西黄牛生长性能,血清生化指标、免疫指标、抗氧化指标以及瘤胃微生物菌落的影响。本研究选取108头1岁龄、体重(51.15±9.36) kg的湘西黄牛为试验动物,随机分为6组(每组3个重复,每个重复6头牛),对照组(CK)湘西黄牛饲喂基础日粮,试验组(Ⅰ~Ⅴ组)分别在基础日粮中添加1.0%、3.0%、5.0%、7.0%及10.0%的杜仲叶超微粉进行饲喂。试验共60 d,以10 d为1个周期,测定各试验组湘西黄牛的各项生长及生理指标;在第60 d时,利用变性梯度凝胶电泳(DGGE)技术测定各试验组湘西黄牛瘤胃微生物菌落。结果表明,试验Ⅱ组湘西黄牛的末重、平均日增重、平均日采食量等显著高于对照组(P<0.05),料重比显著低于对照组(P<0.05);血清总蛋白质含量、葡萄糖含量、免疫球蛋白 A (IgA)含量、免疫球蛋白G(IgG)含量、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活性均显著高于对照组(P<0.05),而其谷草转氨酶(ALT)活性、谷丙转氨酶(AST)活性、甘油三酯含量、丙二醛(MDA)含量均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。综合试验结果,推荐在湘西黄牛日粮中添加3.0%杜仲叶超微粉。
Abstract:
To investigate the effects of Eucommia ulmoides leaf ultrafine powder on the growth performance, serum biochemical parameters, immune and antioxidant indices, and rumen microbial flora of Xiangxi yellow cattle, a total of 108 one-year-old cattle weighing (51.15±9.36) kg were selected as experimental animals. They were randomly divided into six groups (each with three replicates of six cattle). The control group (CK) was fed a basal diet, while the experimental groups (Ⅰ to Ⅴ) were fed the basal diet supplemented with 1.0%, 3.0%, 5.0%, 7.0%, and 10.0% Eucommia ulmoides leaf ultrafine powder, respectively. The experiment lasted for 60 days, divided into cycles of 10 days each, during which various growth and physiological indices of the cattle in all groups were measured. On day 60, the rumen microbial flora of the cattle in each group was analyzed using denaturing gradient gel electrophoresis (DGGE). The results indicated that the final weight, average daily gain, and average daily feed intake in experimental group Ⅱ were significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.05), while the feed-to-gain ratio was significantly lower (P<0.05). The serum levels of total protein, glucose, immunoglobulin A (IgA), immunoglobulin G (IgG), and the activity of glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px) were significantly higher in group Ⅱ than in the control group (P<0.05). In contrast, the activities of alanine aminotransferase (ALT) and aspartate aminotransferase (AST), as well as the serum levels of triglycerides and malondialdehyde (MDA), were significantly lower in group Ⅱ compared to the control (P<0.05). Based on the comprehensive experimental results, it is recommended to supplement the diet of Xiangxi yellow cattle with 3.0% Eucommia ulmoides leaf ultrafine powder.
