摘要:
本研究旨在明确西藏自治区山南市隆子县黑青稞栽培中提升产量的柠檬酸最优配施含量,以当地隆子六棱黑青稞为材料,设置0 kg/hm2(CK)、15 kg/hm2(T1)、30 kg/hm2(T2)、45 kg/hm2(T3)、60 kg/hm2(T4)共5个柠檬酸含量配施处理,探究尿素与柠檬酸配施对黑青稞产量形成、籽粒灌浆动态、干物质积累及氮素吸收利用效率的影响。结果表明,与对照相比,柠檬酸配施处理可提升黑青稞灌浆速率,且增加各生育期不同部位的干物质积累量与氮素积累量,其中,T2处理效果最优;柠檬酸配施处理整体上提升了营养器官花前贮藏的干物质转运量及氮素转运量,提升开花期叶片的干物质与氮素分配占比,进而显著提高光合同化物积累总量及其对植株物质供给的贡献率。穗粒数对黑青稞产量贡献最大;T2处理较CK显著增产,有效穗数、穗粒数和千粒重均显著增加。综上,尿素配施30 kg/hm2柠檬酸(T2)可有效提高隆子黑青稞产量。
Abstract:
This study aimed to clarify the optimal application rate of citric acid for increasing yield in the cultivation of black highland barley in Longzi County, Shannan City, Xizang Autonomous Region. Using local Longzi six-row black highland barley as material, five citric acid application treatments were set up, including 0 kg/hm2 (CK), 15 kg/hm2 (T1), 30 kg/hm2 (T2), 45 kg/hm2 (T3), and 60 kg/hm2 (T4). The effects of urea and citric acid application on black highland barley yield formation, grain filling dynamics, dry matter accumulation, and nitrogen utilization efficiency were investigated. The results showed that, compared with CK, citric acid application treatment increased the grain filling rate of black highland barley and enhanced the accumulation of dry matter and nitrogen in di-fferent parts at various growth stages, with T2 treatment being the most effective. Citric acid application enhanced the transport amount of dry matter and nitrogen stored in vegetative organs pre-flowering and increased the proportion of dry matter and nitrogen allocation in leaves during flowering, thereby significantly improved the total accumulation of photosynthates and their contribution to plant material supply. The number of grain per spike contributed the most to black highland barley yield. The T2 treatment significantly increased yield compared to CK, with a significant increase in both effective spikelets and grain number per spike. In conclusion, applying 30 kg/hm2 of citric acid with urea (T2) can effectively enhance the yield of Longzi black highland barley.
