摘要:
为鉴定与评价普通丝瓜种质资源的农艺性状特征,本研究以福建省蔬菜遗传育种重点实验室保存的145份普通丝瓜种质资源为试验材料,对其15个农艺性状进行遗传多样性分析、相关性分析、主成分分析和聚类分析。结果表明,145份普通丝瓜种质资源15个农艺性状的Shannon-Wiener指数为0~2.289,平均值为1.322;变异系数0~54.224%,平均值为26.298%。12对农艺性状指标呈极显著正相关,11对农艺性状指标呈极显著负相关。13个相关性好的农艺性状共有6个主成分,主要影响因素分别为瓜形、瓜面特征、瓜皮色、瓜斑纹类型、近瓜蒂端形状、瓜顶形状,累计贡献率达到71.569%。145份普通丝瓜种质资源可分为3类,其中,第Ⅰ类包括55份种质资源,果实重量和长度均为中等,如LP-205、LP-213、LP-218等;第Ⅱ类包括72份种质资源,果实呈圆筒状且较小、较轻,如LP-58、LP-123、LP-138等;第Ⅲ类包括18份种质资源,果实成熟度较高且果实较长、较重,如LP-29、LP-39、LP-45等。综上,参试的145份普通丝瓜种质资源农艺性状多样性丰富,可为普通丝瓜种质资源的遗传改良、种质创新、新品种选育提供参考。
Abstract:
In order to identify and evaluate the agronomic traits of common Luffa germplasm resources, 145 common Luffa germplasm resources preserved in Fujian Provincial Key Laboratory of Vegetable Genetics and Breeding were used as experimental materials in this study. The genetic diversity analysis, correlation analysis, principal component analysis and cluster analysis of 15 agronomic traits of 145 common Luffa germplasm resources were carried out. The results showed that the Shannon-Wiener index of 15 agronomic traits of 145 common Luffa germplasm resources ranged from 0 to 2.289, with an average of 1.322. The coefficient of variation ranged from 0 to 54.224%, with an average of 26.298%. About 12 pairs of agronomic traits were in extremely significant positive correlation, and 11 pairs of agronomic traits were in extremely significant negative correlation. There were six principal components in 13 agronomic traits with good correlation. The main influenc-ing factors were melon shape, melon surface characteristics, melon skin color, melon spot type, near melon pedicle shape and melon top shape, and the cumulative contribution rate reached 71.569%. The 145 common Luffa germplasm resources could be divided into three categories. Among them, the first category included 55 germplasm resources with medium fruit weight and length, such as LP-205, LP-213, LP-218, etc. The second category included 72 germplasm resources, and the fruits were cylindrical, small and light, such as LP-58, LP-123, LP-138, etc. The third category included 18 germplasm resources with higher fruit maturity and longer and heavier fruits, such as LP-29, LP-39, LP-45, etc. In summary, the diversity of agronomic traits of 145 common Luffa germplasm resources is rich, which can provide reference for genetic improvement, germplasm innovation and new variety breeding of common Luffa germplasm resources.
