摘要:
为了明确蕺菜、车前草、马齿苋复方中草药饲喂鱼的应用效果,以湘云鲫3号为试验对象,将3种中草药的风干物按重量比3∶1∶1配制成复方中草药后对湘云鲫3号进行饲喂试验。将360尾湘云鲫3号幼鱼随机分成4组,分别投喂基础饲料(对照)和添加了2%复方中草药、4%复方中草药、6%复方中草药的饲料,进行85 d的养殖试验。结果表明,与饲喂基础饲料的湘云鲫3号幼鱼相比,饲喂6%复方中草药的湘云鲫3号幼鱼的相对生长率和特定生长率均显著降低(P<0.05),饵料系数则显著提高(P<0.05);与饲喂基础饲料的湘云鲫3号幼鱼相比,饲喂4%复方中草药、6%复方中草药的湘云鲫3号幼鱼的去内脏鱼体粗脂肪含量显著降低(P<0.05);与饲喂基础饲料的湘云鲫3号幼鱼相比,饲喂2%复方中草药、4%复方中草药、6%复方中草药的湘云鲫3号幼鱼的肝脏总三酰甘油含量和总胆固醇含量均显著降低(P<0.05),肝脏抗氧化能力显著提高(P<0.05);与饲喂基础饲料的湘云鲫3号幼鱼相比,饲喂2%复方中草药、4%复方中草药、6%复方中草药改善了湘云鲫3号肝脏的组织学状况,饲喂2%复方中草药、4%复方中草药改善了鱼肠组织学状况,而饲喂6%复方中草药处理组的鱼肠绒毛高度则显著降低(P<0.05)。由研究结果可以看出,在湘云鲫3号饲料中添加2%复方中草药、4%复方中草药可以改善鱼体生长状况,而添加6%复方中草药则不利于鱼体生长和健康。
Abstract:
To clarify the effects of a compound Chinese herbal medicine (formulated by Houttuynia cordata Thunb., Plantago asiatica L., and Portulaca oleracea L. with a weight ratio of 3∶1∶1) on fish, 360 juvenile triploid crucian carp (Xiangyun crucian carp No.3) were randomly divided into four groups and fed with basic feed and experimental feeds containing 2%, 4%, and 6% of the compound Chinese herbal medicine, respectively. The fish were cultured for 85 days. Results showed that compared with the triploid crucian carp fed with basic feed, the relative growth rate and specific growth rate of the fish fed with 6% compound Chinese herbal medicine were significantly reduced (P<0.05), while the feed coefficient was significantly increased (P<0.05). The 4% and 6% compound Chinese herbal medicine significantly reduced the crude fat content of the eviscerated fish (P<0.05). Compared with the juvenile triploid crucian carp fed with basic feed, those fed with 2%, 4%, and 6% compound Chinese herbal medicine showed significantly lower hepatic total triglyceride and total cholesterol contents(P<0.05), along with a significantly enhanced hepatic antioxidant capacity (P<0.05). The addition of 2%, 4% and 6% compound Chinese herbal medicine in feed improved liver histology. Furthermore, the intestinal histology was improved in the 2% and 4% groups. However, a significant reduction(P<0.05) in intestinal villus height was observed in the 6% group. From the research findings, it can be concluded that the addition of 2% and 4% compound Chinese herbal medicine in feed can improve the growth performance of triploid crucian carp. However, the addition of 6% compound Chinese herbal medicine is detrimental to the growth and health of the fish.
