摘要:
通过种子萌发试验,探究了锑(Sb)胁迫下不同浓度硅酸钠(1 mmol/L、2 mmol/L、4 mmol/L)和氯化钙(5 mmol/L、10 mmol/L、20 mmol/L)对水稻种子萌发的影响。结果表明:在Sb(5 mg/L、10 mg/L、20 mg/L、30 mg/L)胁迫下,水稻种子发芽势、发芽率、活力指数及根、芽干质量均受到抑制。2 mmol/L硅酸钠单独处理使水稻种子发芽势、发芽率、活力指数、根、芽长及根、芽干质量均显著高于空白对照。氯化钙单独处理时,水稻种子发芽势、发芽率、活力指数随着氯化钙浓度的增加逐渐降低,20 mmol/L氯化钙单独处理对水稻种子发芽势、发芽率、活力指数、根长及根、芽干质量均产生显著抑制作用。Sb质量浓度为5 mg/L、10 mg/L、20 mg/L、30 mg/L 时,1 mmol/L硅酸钠使水稻种子发芽势、发芽率、活力指数、根、芽长及根、芽干质量显著增加。添加5 mmol/L氯化钙能显著减轻Sb对水稻种子发芽势、发芽率、活力指数及根、芽干质量的抑制,20 mmol/L氯化钙对水稻种子发芽势、发芽率和活力指数及根、芽干质量的影响随Sb质量浓度增加呈先增后减的趋势,且并未缓解5 mg/L Sb对水稻种子萌发的毒害作用。因此,Sb胁迫对水稻种子萌发产生严重抑制。Sb胁迫下,添加1 mmol/L硅酸钠和5 mmol/L氯化钙可显著增加水稻种子发芽势、发芽率、活力指数及根、芽干质量,有效缓解Sb对水稻的毒害作用。
Abstract:
The effects of different concentrations of sodium silicate (1 mmol/L, 2 mmol/L, 4 mmol/L) and calcium chloride (5 mmol/L, 10 mmol/L, 20 mmol/L) on rice seed germination under antimony (Sb) stress were studied by seed germination experiment. The results showed that the germination potential, germination rate, vigor index and dry weight of root and bud of rice seeds were inhibited under the stress of Sb (5 mg/L, 10 mg/L, 20 mg/L, 30 mg/L). The germination potential, germination rate, vigor index, root and bud length and dry weight of root and bud of rice seeds in the treatment of 2mmol/L sodium silicate were significantly higher than those in control. The germination potential, germination rate and vigor index of rice seeds gradually decreased with the increase of calcium chloride concentration. The germination potential, germination rate, vigor index, root length and dry weight of root and bud were significantly inhibited in the treatment of 20 mmol/L calcium chloride. When the concentration of Sb was 5 mg/L, 10 mg/L, 20 mg/L and 30 mg/L, 1mmol/L sodium silicate significantly increased the germination potential, germination rate, vigor index, root and bud length and dry weight of root and bud. The addition of 5 mmol/L calcium chloride could significantly reduce the inhibition of Sb on the germination potential, germination rate, vigor index and dry weight of root and bud of rice seeds. The effects of 20 mmol/L calcium chloride on the germination potential, germination rate, vigor index and dry weight of root and bud of rice seeds increased first and then decreased with the increase of Sb concentration, and the toxic effect of 5 mg/L Sb on the germination of rice seeds was not alleviated. Therefore, the germination of rice seeds was seriously inhibited by Sb stress. Under Sb stress, the addition of 1 mmol/L sodium silicate and 5 mmol/L calcium chloride can significantly increase the germination potential, germination rate, vigor index and dry weight of roots and buds, and effectively alleviate the toxic effect of Sb on rice.
