摘要:
以5种植物病原真菌为靶标菌,采用平板对峙法和生长速率法对分离自河南省新乡市毛泡桐及根际的41株放线菌进行筛选;通过生理生化特征、培养特征、形态特征和基于16S rRNA基因序列的分析,对活性菌株进行鉴定;利用气相色谱-质谱联用技术(GC-MS)对活性菌株发酵液的乙酸乙酯提取物进行分析。结果表明:从41株放线菌中筛选出2株高活性菌株,菌株6002为淀粉酶链霉菌一个亚种(Streptomyces diastaticus subsp. diastaticus),菌株6026为浅紫链霉菌(Streptomyces violascens)。通过GC-MS分析从菌株6002和菌株6026发酵液乙酸乙酯相中分别鉴定出15种和14种化合物。鉴定出的成分中3-羟基-2-甲基-4-吡喃酮、3-异丁基-六氢吡咯并
[1,2-a]吡嗪-1,4-二酮具有很好的生物活性,邻苯二甲酸二丁酯是重要化工原料。
Abstract:
To obtain new antagonistic strains against plant pathogenic fungi, five different plant pathoaenic fungi were used as flag fungi, and 41 actinomycetes strains isolated from Paulownia tomentosa and rhizosphere soil in Xinxiang, Henan province were screened via traditional plate confrontation and growth rate methods. Of these strains, the active strains were identified according to the physiological and biochemical characteristics, cultural characteristics, morphological characteristics, phylogenetic analyses based on 16S rRNA gene sequence. In addition, the liquid fermentation of active actinomycetes was measured by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS). Results showed that two strains with the capability of antifungal activity were screened from the 41 actinomycetes strains, which one strain was identified as Streptomyces diastaticus subsp. diastaticus and the other was Streptomyces violascens. Fifteen compounds from the fermentation broth of strain 6002 and 14 compounds from the fermentation broth of strain 6026 were identified by GC-MS. Of these compounds, 3-hydroxy-2-methyl-4-pyrone and 3-isobutyl hexahydro pyrrolo
[1,2-a] pyrazine-1,4-dione had good biological activity. Dibutyl phthalate was an important raw material for chemical industry.
