摘要:
采用棉花秸秆为主要原料,研究不同棉花秸秆配比的培养料对金针菇生长发育及蛋白质营养的影响。结果表明,综合考虑不同棉花秸秆配比的培养料对金针菇营养价值和经济效益的影响,培养料中棉花秸秆比例以25%~30%较为适宜,该条件下金针菇的产量和蛋白质营养价值都较高。说明棉花秸秆可以替代棉籽壳栽培金针菇。
Abstract:
The reasonable proportion of cotton stalk in the culture matrix for needle mushroom growth and development was studied. The needle mushroom cultured in the matrix with cotton stalk weight percentage of 25% to 30% showed shorter cultivation period, higher yield and higher nutritional value of protein, indicating that cotton stalk can replace cottonseed hull as culture matrix for needle mushroom.
