摘要:
为了更好地利用酱渣废弃物,同时增加缓释包膜肥材料的来源,从酱渣中提取废油,共轭改性后用于制备具有缓释功能的包膜肥,通过大田盆栽试验和红外光谱(FTIR)及扫描电镜(SEM)研究了包膜肥的实际肥效及膜层结构特征。结果表明:玉米的株高和茎周长包膜肥组(T1)与无施肥组(CK0)和普通施肥组(CK1)的差异均达显著水平(P<0.05),比CK1分别提高了9.5%和3.9%; 玉米的叶面积、叶绿素含量3组差异均显著(P<0.05),T1比CK1分别提高了2.7%和3.0%,但叶片数最终无显著差异(P>0.05); 玉米单株鲜质量、干质量和穗质量3组差异较为明显,T1比CK0分别增加了26.6%、28.0%和13.9%,与CK1相比提高了2.3%和4.3%,说明包膜肥具有一定的增产效果; 土壤中有机质、总氮和碱解氮含量在30 d 后均出现显著差异(P<0.05),说明共轭废油在土壤中可生物降解并提高了有机质的含量。红外光谱(FTIR)及扫描电镜(SEM)分析结果显示,包膜肥膜层固化后C=C共轭双键打开并形成了聚合物大分子,因此缩短了成膜固化时间,而且膜层表面较为光滑,断面具有输送养分的疏水通道,增加了膜层的耐水性,提高了其缓释性能。
Abstract:
To utilize sauce residue litter and increase the sources of slow-release fertilizer material, the oil extracted from sauce residue was conjugated and used to manufacture slow-release coated fertilizer. The actual efficiency and coating structure of the fertilizer were studied through field pot experiment and by infrared spectroscopy(FTIR)and scanning electron microscopy(SEM). The maize plant height and stem girth in coated fertilizer treatment(T1)increased significantly by 9.5% and 3.9% respectively compared with conventional fertilizer treatment(CK1)and showed significant difference with CK1 and no fertilizer treatment(CK0)(P<0.05). There were abundant differences in maize leaf area and chlorophyll content among three treatments, and the leaf area and chlorophyll content in T1 treatment increased by 2.7% and 3.0% compared to those in CK1(P<0.05). Leaf number in three treatments were close. Fresh weight, dry weight and ear weight of single maize plant in T1 treatment were 26.6%, 28.0% and 13.9% higher than those in CK0, and 2.3% and 4.3% higher than those in CK1, indicating the yield-raising effect of coated fertilizer. Soil organic matter, total nitrogen and alkali-hydrolyzable nitrogen differed in three treatments after 30 d(P<0.05), suggesting that conjugated oil was biodegradable and increased the content of organic matter in the soil. Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR)revealed C=C conjugated double bonds opened and formed polymer macromolecules after film solidified, which shortened the curing time. The coating surface was smooth under scanning electron microscope, with hydrophobic channel in the cross section to deliver nutrients, which improved the water resistance and slow-release properties.
