摘要:
染色体片段置换系由于减少了个体间遗传背景的干扰,已经成为鉴定复杂性状QTL的新型遗传材料。本研究以9311为受体、日本晴为供体的119个染色体片段置换系为试验材料,借助近红外广谱分析技术,对米糠油含量进行了测定,通过差异显著性测验及代换作图,鉴定了置换片段上米糠油相关的QTL。以P≤0.001为阈值,共检测到4个米糠油相关的QTLs, 其加性效应值的变化范围为0.91%~1.48%,加性效应百分率的变化范围为3.96%~6.46%。
Abstract:
119 chromosome segment substitution lines (CSSLs) derived from the cross between 9311 (the receptor) and Nipponbare(the donor) were used to map the QTLs controlling rice bran oil. QTLs were analysed through the test of significance of difference on bran oil content and substitution mapping. Four QTLs were detected using P≤0.001 as the threshold, with the additive effect value varying from 0.91% to 1.48%, and the percentage of additive effect varying from 3.96% to 6.46%. 
