本研究以64份携带OsBadh2-E2、Wxmp以及Pita优良等位基因型的软米种质资源作为试验材料,系统测定了糙米率、精米率、垩白粒率、垩白度、结实率、千粒质量、粒长、粒宽及食味值等9个产量与品质性状指标。并通过相关性分析、主成分分析和隶属函数综合评价对产量与品质性状进行分析。结果表明,综合得分排名前三的种质资源为武科粳1136、常粳21-10和镇稻668。利用分子标记检测技术对供试种质的OsODC-HapH和OsWRKY19-HapH基因型进行鉴定,结果显示,携带OsODC-HapH基因型的种质资源为苏1806、223645、宁HF14、JA2306、216178、迁粳21194、南粳13091、南粳14044。共63份种质资源为OsWRKY19-HapH基因型。本研究为江苏省香软米分子标记辅助选择育种及水稻品质改良提供了重要的种质资源和分子标记。
Abstract:
In this study, 64 soft rice germplasm resources carrying the elite alleles OsBadh2-E2, Wxmpand Pita were used as experimental materials. Nine yield and quality traits were systematically measured, including brown rice rate, milled rice rate, chalky grain rate, chalkiness degree, seed setting rate, 1 000-grain weight, grain length, grain width and taste value. Yield and quality traits were analyzed using correlation analysis, principal component analysis and comprehensive evaluation with membership function method. The results showed that the top three germplasm resources in comprehensive score were Wukejing 1136, Changjing 21-10 and Zhendao 668. Genotypes of OsODC-HapH and OsWRKY19-HapH in the tested germplasm were identified by molecular marker detection. The results indicated that the germplasm resources carrying the OsODC-HapH genotype were Su 1806, 223645, Ning HF14, JA2306, 216178, Qianjing 21194, Nanjing 13091 and Nanjing 14044. A total of 63 germplasm resources were of the OsWRKY19-HapH genotype. This study provides important germplasm resources and molecular markers for molecular marker-assisted selection breeding and rice quality improvement of aromatic soft rice in Jiangsu province.
