摘要:
为探究种植地点与收获期对南粳5718和南粳9308产量及品质的影响,本研究在江苏省连云港、涟水和南京三地分别种植南粳5718和南粳9308,并于不同收获期进行取样分析。结果表明,粳稻品种、种植地点、收获期及其互作对多数产量与品质指标均存在显著或极显著影响。综合来看,种植地点对产量与品质指标的影响大于收获期。涟水地区适宜种植南粳5718和南粳9308,这两个品种在该区域表现出较高的千粒重和综合食味值,同时垩白粒率较低。相比之下,南京地区不适宜种植南粳9308,其在该地的千粒重、综合食味值及直链淀粉含量均较低,而垩白粒率与垩白度较高。总体而言,随着收获期延迟,南粳5718和南粳9308的千粒重、产量、精米率及综合食味值均有所下降;同时,垩白粒率、垩白度和峰值黏度则呈上升趋势。因此,2个品种的适宜收获期均为抽穗后50 d,不建议迟于抽穗后55 d收获。本研究为优质水稻的产区规划与适期收获提供了理论依据。
Abstract:
To explore the effects of planting location and harvest time on the yield and quality of Nanjing 5718 and Nanjing 9308, this study planted these two japonica rice varieties in Lianyungang, Lianshui, and Nanjing of Jiangsu pro-vince respectively, with sampling and analysis conducted at different harvest periods. The results showed that japonica rice variety, planting location, harvest time, and their interactions had significant or extremely significant effects on most yield and quality indicators. Overall, the impact of planting location on yield and quality indicators was greater than that of harvest time. The Lianshui region was suitable for cultivating both Nanjing 5718 and Nanjing 9308, as these two varieties exhibited higher 1 000-grain weight and comprehensive eating quality value, along with a lower chalky grain rate in this area. In contrast, Nanjing was not suitable for planting Nanjing 9308, where the variety showed lower 1 000-grain weight, comprehensive eating quality value, and amylose content, but higher chalky grain rate and chalkiness degree. With the delay of harvest time, the 1 000-grain weight, yield, milled rice rate, and comprehensive eating quality value of both Nanjing 5718 and Nanjing 9308 decreased; meanwhile, the chalky grain rate, chalkiness degree, and peak viscosity showed an upward trend. Therefore, the optimal harvest time for both varieties is 50 days after heading, and harvesting later than 55 days after heading is not recommended. This study provides a theoretical basis for the production area planning and timely harvest of high-quality rice.
