Abstract:
Livestock and poultry houses are essential sources of particulate matter emission. Understanding the emission characteristics and control technology of particulate matter in livestock and poultry houses is significant for livestock and poultry production and environmental health. This paper summarized the mass concentration distribution and emission characteristics of particulate matter in livestock and poultry houses, reviewed the research and development status of particulate matter control technology and equipment, and analyzed the main characteristics and particulate matter removal efficiency of different control technologies. It is of great significance to understand the particulate matter emission characteristics of different livestock and poultry breeding systems and select the best technical measures for particulate matter control.
