摘要:
为探究中草药对湖羊瘤胃功能的影响,本研究以全混合日粮为基础,分别添加紫苏籽(T1)、使君子(T2)、黄芪(T3)、乌梅(T4)、南瓜籽(T5),另设置不含中草药的全混合日粮作为对照(CK),利用瘤胃液体外发酵48 h后测定相关指标。结果表明,各处理瘤胃液体外发酵液pH值与对照相比均无显著变化(P>0.05)。T4处理瘤胃液体外发酵产气量显著高于对照(P<0.05),T2处理瘤胃液体外发酵产气量显著低于对照(P<0.05)。T2处理瘤胃液体外发酵甲烷产量显著低于对照(P<0.05),且T2处理瘤胃液体外发酵液乙酸与丙酸比显著高于对照(P<0.05)。表明饲料中添加使君子有助于实现减少温室气体排放和提高饲料能量转化效率的双重目标。在营养物质降解方面,T1处理、T5处理中性洗涤纤维、酸性洗涤纤维降解率显著高于对照(P<0.05)。可能是因为紫苏籽和南瓜籽中的活性成分能够促进纤维分解菌增殖,从而提升纤维素与半纤维素等碳水化合物的降解效率。T2处理干物质降解率显著低于对照(P<0.05)。T1处理、T2处理、T3处理、T4处理、T5处理蛋白质降解率与对照相比均无显著差异(P>0.05)。综上,紫苏籽和南瓜籽能有效提升纤维素与半纤维素等碳水化合物的降解效率,使君子则显著抑制瘤胃发酵产气,这为通过中草药添加剂提升饲料利用效率及减少温室气体排放提供了理论依据。
Abstract:
To investigate the effects of Chinese herbal medicines on rumen function in Hu sheep, this study used a total mixed ration (TMR) as the basal diet, with supplementary perilla seed (T1), quisqualis fruit (T2), astragalus root (T3), dark plum fruit (T4), and pumpkin seed (T5), while a TMR without Chinese herbal medicines was set as the control (CK). Relevant indicators were determined after 48 hours of in vitro rumen fermentation using rumen fluid. The results showed that there were no significant changes in the pH of in vitro rumen fermentation fluid between the treatment groups and the control grouup (P>0.05). The cumulative gas production of rumen fermentation in T4 was significantly higher than that in the control (P<0.05), while that in T2 was significantly lower than that in the control (P<0.05). The methane production of rumen fermentation in T2 was significantly lower than that in the control (P<0.05), and the acetate-to-propionate ratio in rumen fermentation fluid of T2 was significantly higher than that in the control (P<0.05). These findings indicated that dietary supplementation with quisqualis fruit could help achieve the dual goals of reducing greenhouse gas emissions and improving feed energy conversion efficiency. Regarding nutrient degradation, the degradation rates of neutral detergent fiber and acid detergent fiber in T1 and T5 were significantly higher than those in the control (P<0.05). This may be attributed to the fact that the active components in perilla seed and pumpkin seed can promote the proliferation of fiber-degrading bacteria, thereby enhancing the degradation efficiency of carbohydrates such as cellulose and hemicellulose. The dry matter degradation rate in T2 was significantly lower than that in the control (P<0.05). There were no significant differences in protein degradation rates between T1, T2, T3, T4, T5 and the control (P>0.05). In conclusion, perilla seed and pumpkin seed can effectively improve the degradation efficiency of carbohydrates such as cellulose and hemicellulose, while quisqualis fruit significantly suppresses rumen fermentation gas production. This study provides a theoretical basis for improving feed utilization efficiency and reducing greenhouse gas emissions through the use of Chinese herbal medicine additives.
